Childhood is all about discovery. There may not be a better place to chase that dream than at Seattle’s Pacific Science Center. Their goal is to inspire the imagination and teach about science. Sadly, by the time they are out of elementary school, many kids already hate science. That is a shame, because it can be so much fun!
Yet, they are not only invested in science. The Pacific Science Center also wants to encourage kids to play with math and technology. Yes, play with them. They put the fun back in education. There are animals to visit, dinosaurs to walk with and genes to splice.
There are live science shows with fire and explosions. Few kids would turn that down. There are planets to explore and butterflies to watch as they land on your hand. The Pacific Science Center is even fun for adults.
